- 25 grams Butter
- 180 grams Milk
- 3 grams Dry yeast

- Microwave the milk for 30 seconds and bring it to room temperature. Put all the ingredients in a bread machine. Let it do its job until the 1st proofing is done.

- When the dough has rested, punch down the dough again to deflate. Roll each into a ball and pinch the seams so they are sealed.

- Place on a baking tray, leaving spaces in between. Let rise for the second proofing for 20 minutes at 35℃. Preheat the oven to 200℃.

- Brush the rolls with beaten egg (not listed), lower the oven temperature to 180℃ and bake for 15 - 17 minutes. And they are done!
